Framework agreement for on-demand unscheduled repairs to property in the Saverne-Haguenau area

Summary

Région Grand Est is procuring a 48-month framework agreement, starting in January 2027, for non-scheduled repairs, routine maintenance, servicing, compliance works and minor alterations to its property in the Saverne-Haguenau area. The agreement is divided into 16 lots covering road and utility works; structural, masonry and demolition works; asbestos removal; roofing and façade works; exterior and interior joinery; partitions and ceilings; floor coverings; painting; fences and gates; landscaping; plumbing; heating, ventilation and air conditioning; electrical, security and fire-safety systems; and metalwork and locksmithing. The agreement may be renewed up to three times.
