Taasiakoti domestic water system renovation 2027

Summary

Loviisan palvelukiinteistöt Oy is procuring renovation of the domestic water system at the Taasiakoti service centre in Loviisa in spring and summer 2027. All main water pipes will be replaced according to the plans, while recently renewed water fixtures and connection pipes will remain in use. The service centre will remain partially operational during the works; the plumbing contractor will act as the main contractor and fulfil the principal contractor’s obligations.
