Request for Information: Data Platform Support, Maintenance and Development Services

Summary

The City of Helsinki’s Social Services, Health Care and Rescue Services Division is conducting a market consultation ahead of a possible procurement of support, maintenance and development services for its data platform. The potential scope includes operational support, monitoring and incident management, data flows and integrations, new data sources, data warehousing and analytics, and development in Azure and Microsoft Fabric environments. The platform is currently based on Azure and on-premises environments and is being developed towards a Microsoft Fabric-based target architecture; the scope described is preliminary.
