Framework Agreements for Water and Wastewater Supplies 2027–2031

Summary

Järvenpään city is procuring water and wastewater supplies for its water utility and related works, with the city’s infrastructure services also able to purchase products for relevant construction and renovation projects. The procurement is divided into six lots: plastic pipes, wells and sewer components; valves; fittings and related components; water meter valves, fittings, supports and brass parts; electrofusion fittings; and covers and valve caps. The framework agreements cover 2027–2031, with an initial two-year term and a possible two-year extension; up to six suppliers may be selected for each lot. Estimated annual quantities are indicative, and project-specific mini-competitions may be held for major specialist projects.
