Request for information and market consultation on professional kitchen equipment and furnishings

Summary

Jokilaaksojen koulutuskuntayhtymä (JEDU) is conducting a market consultation to prepare a future procurement of equipment and furnishings for a new professional kitchen in Kalajoki. The planned scope includes cold rooms and freezers, refrigeration and cooking equipment, combi ovens, a cooking kettle, dishwashing equipment, food distribution and serving equipment, stainless-steel furnishings and other professional kitchen equipment, together with delivery, installation, commissioning, user training and warranties. Delivery and installation are tentatively planned for late February 2027, with commissioning in week 9 of 2027; the final scope and any lots will be confirmed during preparation.
