Framework agreement for Nivala’s technical operations in 2027

Summary

The City of Nivala is establishing a multi-supplier framework agreement for its technical operations for 1 January–31 December 2027. It covers five lots: design and expert services; building works; HVAC, electrical and automation contracting and maintenance; refrigeration and heat-pump services; and infrastructure, earthworks, machinery contracting and aggregates. The estimated total value is approximately EUR 1,840,000 excluding VAT, including EUR 200,000 for Lot 1 and EUR 1,640,000 for Lots 2–5 combined. The framework does not guarantee any minimum order volume.
