Procurement of an application for infrastructure construction monitoring and status overview

Summary

The City of Helsinki’s Urban Environment Division is procuring a software-as-a-service application to monitor infrastructure projects on streets, in parks and in other public areas, from preparation through the end of the warranty period. The system will support management, documentation and communication during construction, serving approximately 400 users and around 200 projects in the construction phase each year. The procurement includes software access, maintenance and support, a fixed-price implementation project, and optional training, further development and expert services.
