Request for information on framework arrangements for construction works, 2027–2028

Summary

The North Karelia Wellbeing Services County (Siun sote) is seeking market feedback on planned framework arrangements for small repair and alteration works from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with options to extend for 2029 and 2030. The planned works include building, electrical installation, HVAC and building automation, sprinkler, refrigeration equipment and sewer network works, as well as asbestos removal and inspection. Individual works would be procured separately and may be purchased on a time-and-materials basis, at a fixed lump sum or through mini-competition; the buyer may decide not to procure all of the listed work categories.
