Preparation of local master plans for Källan and the eastern and northern parts of central Loviisa

Summary

The City of Loviisa is procuring the preparation of two local master plan areas: Källan and the eastern and northern parts of Loviisa’s central urban area. The work includes amending existing plans and preparing a new plan, managing the planning process, preparing or commissioning and coordinating necessary studies, assessing impacts, and working with authorities and stakeholders through the approval process. The two areas will be planned in parallel as one assignment, with the aim of bringing the plans to council consideration by the end of 2029; partial tenders are not accepted.
