Framework Agreement for Electrical, Heating, Plumbing, Ventilation and Cooling Works (2026)

Summary

Tampere University Foundation and Tampere University of Applied Sciences are procuring a four-year framework agreement for electrical works and for heating, plumbing, ventilation and cooling works at their campuses and other properties. The two lots cover installation, repair, maintenance, servicing and alteration works, with electrical design work also possible; fire-safety system maintenance may be included as an option in the electrical lot. The maximum value is €3,000,000 excluding VAT: €2,000,000 for the Foundation and €1,000,000 for the University of Applied Sciences. The framework is intended to include up to five suppliers in each lot.
