Framework Agreement for Minor Works and Hourly Works (2026)

Summary

Tampere Higher Education Community is procuring a four-year framework agreement for small-scale building repairs, maintenance and alteration works, as well as separately commissioned building works charged by the hour, at its campuses and other designated sites. The maximum value of purchases under the framework is EUR 3,000,000 excluding VAT: EUR 2,000,000 for Tampere University Foundation and EUR 1,000,000 for Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
