Framework agreement for construction works and projects (2026)

Summary

Tampere University of Applied Sciences Ltd and Tampere University Foundation are jointly procuring a four-year framework agreement for building repairs, maintenance, alterations and renovation works at their properties and campuses. The works may include individual building repairs, space modifications and construction related to changes in use. The maximum value of orders under the framework is EUR 4.5 million excluding VAT: EUR 3 million for the Foundation and EUR 1.5 million for the University of Applied Sciences. The framework is intended to include five suppliers.
