Lake-fish mince and cooked lake-fish patties

Summary

The City of Savonlinna is procuring raw lake-fish mince and cooked, frozen lake-fish patties for its catering services. Indicative annual needs are approximately 1,200 kg of mince and 1,370 kg of patties; these quantities are not guaranteed.
