Expert services for the Aurora Science Centre project’s property investment model and investor and operator search

Summary

Sodankylä Municipality is conducting a market dialogue ahead of a possible expert-services procurement for the Aurora Science Centre project. The planned assignment would develop and market-test the commercial delivery, ownership, corporate, financing and contractual structures for the property investment, including space-needs analysis, financial modelling, and active searches for investors, users, operators and partners in Finland and internationally. It would assess both a development centred on the science centre and an alternative tourism, experience, entertainment and service development, and provide a market-tested recommendation and roadmap; final results are targeted for May 2027.
