Design services for roads, streets and public-area engineering

Summary

The City of Tampere is procuring design services for roads, streets and public-area engineering for the City’s urban environment services, Tampereen Energia Oy, Tampereen Infra Oy and Tampereen Vesi Oy. The services will be provided under a framework agreement from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2029, with an option to extend for two years. The framework is intended to include six suppliers; Tampereen Energia Oy will use it only for design of joint construction projects involving the contracting parties.
