Regional park and green area construction management services 2027–2028

Summary

The City of Helsinki is procuring construction management services for parks and green areas across four regions: southern, western, northern and eastern Helsinki. The services cover project preparation and management, construction management and supervision, safety coordination, cost and quality management, and construction-phase reporting and studies, delivered through project coordinator, project manager and construction supervisor roles. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with a possible extension option for 2029–2030. Estimated quantities do not guarantee a minimum volume of orders, and the buyer may also obtain services from other providers.
