Minor construction and repair works framework agreement

Summary

The City of Kaarina is establishing a framework agreement for minor construction, repair and maintenance works for 1 January–31 December 2027, with two optional two-year extensions covering 2028–2029 and 2030–2031. The procurement is divided into 22 lots: general building works; electrical, ventilation, heating, plumbing and drainage works; painting, metalwork and roofing; flooring, tiling, suspended ceilings, demolition, asbestos removal, automation maintenance, movable partitions, locksmith, fire stopping, fencing and gates, temporary staffing, damage restoration, and sheet-metal works.
