Roof Refurbishment at Professor Rolando de Oliveira Basic School

Summary

The Municipality of Viseu is procuring construction works to refurbish the roof of Professor Rolando de Oliveira Basic School, part of the Viseu Norte School Centre. The work includes removing the existing roof covering and related components, installing a new insulated sandwich-panel roof with gutters, flashings and waterproofing, improving attic ventilation, and replacing the solar thermal panels.
