Summary

The City of Espoo is procuring agile development, support and maintenance services for its digital services, electronic transactions and applications through a four-year framework agreement with three lots. The lots cover bespoke software products; Microsoft Power Platform services; and Microsoft analytics and business intelligence services, including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and supporting Azure components. The estimated total value is EUR 8 million excluding VAT: EUR 4 million for Lot 1 and EUR 2 million each for Lots 2 and 3.
