Digital and Small-Format Printing Services

Summary

Unigrafia Oy is procuring digital and small-format printing services for Unigrafia, Aalto University and the University of Helsinki. The scope includes dissertations, books, reports, cards, posters, leaflets and other small print products, along with finishing, delivery, mailing and ordering-system services. Estimated volumes are approximately 1,100 digital-print orders and 100–1,000 small-print orders per year; around 900 dissertation titles are produced. Larger print jobs are generally outside the contract, but offset printing must be available as a separately ordered service. One supplier will be selected for a four-year contract.
