Procurement of a Regional City Bike System
Summary
The City of Tampere is procuring a complete city bike service for Tampere and the municipality of Pirkkala under a four-year framework agreement with one supplier. The service includes the supply of bicycles and station infrastructure, maintenance, redistribution of bicycles between stations, off-season storage, an IT system and customer support. The service is to be delivered tested and ready for use, with launch targeted for spring 2028.
