Lapuan Jätevesi Oy PAX Tank Refurbishment under Separate Contracts

Summary

Lapuan Jätevesi Oy is procuring the refurbishment of a PAX tank at its wastewater treatment plant through three separate contracts: a main construction contract, water and sewer works, and mechanical works. The project includes demolition of structures, piping and equipment in a disused bypass-water treatment basin; construction of a new PAX tank, chemical pumping system, chemical unloading area and associated stormwater pipes; and related water-supply arrangements. The construction contract also includes earthworks and lining and coating works for the PAX tank, bund area and PAX pump room. The main works are scheduled for completion by 5 February 2027, with earthworks related to the chemical unloading area due by 28 May 2027.
