Minor construction and repair works under a framework agreement

Summary

The City of Kaarina is establishing a framework agreement for minor construction and repair works, running from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with two possible two-year extensions through 31 December 2031. The 22 lots cover building, electrical, ventilation, heating and plumbing, painting, metalwork, roofing, flooring, automation maintenance, tiling, asbestos removal, suspended ceilings, demolition, movable partitions, locksmith, fire-stopping, fencing and gate works, labour hire, damage restoration and sheet-metal work. The planned number of framework suppliers varies by lot, from three to fifteen.
