Preventive coping support services

Summary

The University of Oulu and Oulu University of Applied Sciences Ltd are planning to procure preventive psychological counselling services to support coping and wellbeing and strengthen work engagement. The planned framework agreement would have up to one supplier, with no minimum purchase commitment or exclusive right to provide the services. This notice invites suppliers to a voluntary market dialogue; participation is not a prerequisite for taking part in a later competition.
