Vehicle Handling and Driving Test Services for the Finnish Defence Forces, 2027–2029

Summary

The Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command is procuring services for administering and receiving vehicle handling and driving tests in categories A, BE, C1, C1E, PVC, CE and D during 2027–2029, together with related services. The procurement is divided into 12 lots by military unit and location, and the tests will use vehicles designated and managed by the contracting authority. The framework agreement has an estimated total value of approximately EUR 1.25 million excluding VAT, and may be extended by up to two years.
