Building services contractor for the new Malmi hospital, family centre, and health and wellbeing centre

Summary

The City of Helsinki is procuring a building services contractor for the new Malmi hospital, family centre, and health and wellbeing centre. The contractor will design, develop and deliver the building services solutions during the development and construction phases of the alliance project. The building is planned to have a total area of approximately 77,000 gross square metres, and the building services works are estimated at EUR 52 million. Construction will take place in stages, with the project expected to be completed by 2035. The procurement covers one alliance agreement, with separate orders for each project phase.
