Design-and-build contract for a residential unit (KEVA)

Summary

The City of Alajärvi is procuring the design and construction, under a turnkey contract, of a 25-place residential unit for round-the-clock housing services at Lääkärintie 5b. The new building will include residents’ rooms with private toilet and washing facilities, shared living, dining and activity areas, staff and technical facilities, and sauna, washing and wellbeing facilities. The works also cover outdoor areas, traffic arrangements and utility connections, while keeping the existing building and its operations functioning during construction.
