Case and document management solution for the Municipality of Keitele

Summary

Sansia Oy is procuring a ready-to-use case and document management system for the Municipality of Keitele, delivered as a SaaS service. The solution must meet Finnish public administration information management and archival requirements. The procurement also includes mandatory options for electronic meetings, contract management, electronic signatures, a long-term digital archive and separately ordered integrations. Deployment is provisionally scheduled to begin on 1 January 2027, and the contract will run indefinitely.
