MLPA-Based CNV Testing for BRCA1/BRCA2

Summary

HUS Group is procuring an MLPA assay to detect copy number variations in the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes for routine diagnostic testing. The supply includes all reagents, controls, consumables, software, licences, user rights, technical support and related services needed to operate the assay, analyse data and report results. The contract will run for two years and then continue indefinitely until terminated; estimated consumption is approximately 1,600 reportable patient samples per year, with no guaranteed purchase volume.
