Request for Information on AEL-Amiedu Oy’s External Financial Accounting and Bookkeeping System

Summary

This is a market information request, not a contract notice or invitation to tender: AEL-Amiedu Oy is considering procuring an external financial accounting and bookkeeping system as a SaaS service. The solution is expected to cover, among other functions, bookkeeping, preparation of annual financial statements, sales invoicing and receivables management, accounts payable, payment transactions and fixed-asset management. The buyer is also considering whether to include travel and expense claim processing. The system should fit the buyer’s overall and integration architecture and support statutory reporting. Suppliers are invited to answer the questions in the attachments and describe how their solution meets the buyer’s needs. They may also provide product, architecture, integration, information security and service management materials. Responses will inform preparation of a possible future procurement; they are not bids and do not establish the final requirements. Responding is optional and will not give a supplier an advantage in a later procurement. No payment will be made for responding. The response deadline is 16 October 2026.
