Procurement of an application for infrastructure construction supervision and situational awareness

Summary

The City of Helsinki is procuring a software-as-a-service application to monitor infrastructure projects involving streets, parks and other public areas, from preparation through the end of the warranty period. The system will support management, documentation and communication during construction, with approximately 400 users and around 200 projects in the construction phase each year. The procurement includes software access, maintenance, support and a fixed-price implementation project, as well as training, further development and expert services that may be ordered separately. The service must be ready for final acceptance testing within 12 months of contract signature, and the contract is open-ended.
