Financial administration services for Kymenlaakso Regional Council

Summary

Kymenlaakso Regional Council is procuring comprehensive financial administration services from 1 April 2027 under an open-ended contract. The scope covers monthly payroll for 22 permanent employees and an average of 5 temporary employees, quarterly remuneration for approximately 50 elected officials, bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, travel expenses, payment transactions and financial reporting.
