Basic IT services for the Sastamala and Punkalaidun procurement consortium

Summary

The Sastamala and Punkalaidun procurement consortium is procuring core IT services, including user support and service desk, endpoint lifecycle and management services (excluding device procurement), server operations and capacity, cloud and Microsoft 365 services, expert services, and transition and migration services for the existing environment. The contract includes taking over the existing services and delivering an implementation project, followed by ongoing services in the Sastamala and Punkalaidun areas. The provider will coordinate service delivery with the consortium’s other IT suppliers.
