Photography services, framework agreement 2027–2028 (2029–2030)

Summary

Photography services are being procured for the City of Helsinki’s Culture and Leisure Division. The framework agreement covers three lots: photography of architecture, the built environment and landscapes; communications and marketing photography, including event photography; and complete photography projects. Up to three service providers will be selected for each lot, provided there are enough qualifying bidders. Photographs must follow the City of Helsinki’s visual identity and photography guidelines, as well as the applicable photography-permit agreements. The agreement runs for two years, with an option for one additional two-year period in 2029–2030. The estimated maximum total value over 48 months is EUR 490,000 excluding VAT; the contracting authority does not guarantee any order volume. The submission deadline is 2 November 2026.
