Promotional Products and Textiles

Summary

This is not a contract notice or invitation to tender, but an invitation to market research and technical dialogue by Koulutuskuntayhtymä OSAO. The planned framework agreement covers promotional products and promotional textiles, together with related marking, printing and delivery services. Interested companies may contribute to preparing the future procurement by commenting on the draft tender materials; the contracting authority may request further information. To participate, register through Tarjouspalvelu by 14 October 2026 at 16:00 and provide the participant’s name and email address. Taking part in the market dialogue is not a prerequisite for participating in the later procurement and does not commit a company to submit a tender. No compensation is paid for participation.
