In-house recruitment consultancy services

Summary

Yleisradio Oy is procuring in-house recruitment consultancy services and will select one partner. The partner must provide two full-time recruitment consultants, one for a Finnish-language role and one for a Swedish-language role. Each consultant will work 37.5 hours per week at Yleisradio, following its in-house working arrangements and current hybrid-working practices. At least one backup meeting the minimum requirements must be provided for each role, able to step in when the appointed consultant is unavailable. The contract will run for one year initially and then continue indefinitely.
