Jyväskylä Regional Bus Services

Summary

The City of Jyväskylä is preparing a procurement for regional bus services in the Jyväskylä area and invites service providers to a voluntary market dialogue. This is market research and a request for information, not an invitation to tender. The planned services cover routes towards Hankasalmi, Laukaa and Äänekoski, involving approximately 20 buses in total and provisionally three lots. Participation in the market dialogue is voluntary, does not commit a provider to submit a bid later, and is not a prerequisite for taking part in the future competition. The final contract notice is provisionally expected to be published in October–November 2026.
