Cleaning services for the Municipality of Savitaipale

Summary

The Municipality of Savitaipale is procuring cleaning services for its various buildings and premises, covering approximately 7,207 m². The work includes routine and periodic cleaning, annual and deep cleaning, and window washing. The provider must also replenish hygiene supplies, handle agreed waste collection and clean entrance mats. Cleaning frequency varies by site: for example, the library and sports hall are cleaned five times a week, while the swimming pool is cleaned six times a week. Work is generally scheduled between 7:00 and 18:00; the swimming pool must also be cleaned on public holidays. The contract runs from 1 August 2027 to 31 July 2029, with two possible one-year extensions covering 2029–2031. Price is the only award criterion.
