Framework agreement for infrastructure and urban planning expert services for the City of Porvoo

Summary

The City of Porvoo invites tenders for infrastructure and urban planning expert services under a framework agreement. The procurement is divided into five lots with defined maximum values and the maximum number of service providers per lot: Lot 1: general streets and public area planning up to 7,000,000 euros and up to eight providers; Lot 2: sports facility planning up to 1,500,000 euros and up to four providers; Lot 3: bridge and structural design up to 1,000,000 euros and up to six providers; Lot 4: stormwater investigations and plans up to 1,000,000 euros and up to six providers; Lot 5: geotechnical investigations up to 1,000,000 euros and up to six providers. Bidders may submit proposals for one or more lots or for all five. The framework agreement is initially valid for two years, with an option to extend for one additional two-year period or until the lot-specific maximum values are reached. The client will decide on extending no later than four months before the term ends. The agreement ends no later than four years after it becomes effective. The contract does not create a purchase obligation for the client, and it does not grant exclusivity to the service provider. Other city departments and entities may procure under the terms of the framework agreement.
