Framework agreements for hearing and visual aids and their installation

Summary

The procurement concerns two lots: hearing aids and their installation, and visual aids and their installation, together with other work related to the aids. The aids and services are intended for the homes of social welfare clients receiving support under disability services and social welfare legislation, to enable safe and independent living. The procurement establishes two framework agreements from a total of seven planned areas, and all tenderers submitting an approved tender will be selected by lot. This procedure does not yet select a contractor for an individual modification project; individual assignments will be made later in accordance with the service description. The planned contract period starts on 1 November 2026, lasts two years, and may be extended with two one-year options. The contracting authority does not guarantee minimum purchase volumes or grant suppliers exclusivity. The estimated value of this procurement is EUR 32,000 excluding VAT, and tenders are due by 15 October 2026.
