Procurement of compliance services

Summary

Yleisradio Oy (Yle) is conducting a written market dialogue concerning the planned procurement of compliance services. The intended services include developing and maintaining a compliance governance model, general regulatory monitoring, expert support for compliance risk assessments and management reporting, specialist support for the reporting channel, compliance-related training and guidance, and other separately agreed compliance development projects or assignments. The planned contract period is intended to start in December 2026. Interested service providers should answer the questions attached to the information request and send their responses to tarjoukset.yle@yle.fi by 2 October 2026. Providers that submit responses will later receive a draft request for tenders and may comment on it before the final procurement is published.
