Procurement of a ski trail grooming machine

Summary

The City of Kemi is procuring a ski trail grooming machine for maintaining cross-country ski trails and snowmobile routes. The machine is planned to be acquired after approval by the relevant decision-making bodies, at the beginning of 2027, and the contracting authority will inspect the offered machine before making the award decision. The tender price must be stated excluding VAT and must include the machine, all equipment and accessories required in the tender documents, any specified maintenance services and delivery costs; no additional chargeable costs will be accepted. The machine must be delivered to Kalkkinokantie 1–3, 94720 Kemi. The tenderer must also state a binding trade-in credit price for the contracting authority’s current ski trail grooming machine, although the authority may decide not to transfer it in the trade-in if another disposal method provides a better financial result. Once mandatory requirements are met, the tender receiving the highest total score will be selected: price accounts for a maximum of 60 points and quality for 40 points.
