Photography services for urban environment rental apartments 2026–2029

Summary

The tender concerns photography services for market-rate rental apartments owned by the City of Helsinki’s Urban Environment Division. The photographs will be used for apartment marketing, for example on the Oikotie service. Approximately 15–20 apartments are photographed per month, but the contracting authority does not guarantee any specific order volume. The photographs must be uploaded to the contracting authority no later than the fourth business day after an order is placed. The contract will be concluded with one supplier.
