Request for Tender: Fleet and Working-Time Tracking Software and Devices

Summary

Raasepori City is procuring a service comprising fleet tracking, fleet planning and reporting, and working-time tracking systems. The procurement is divided into three lots: vehicle and machinery location services; a fleet planning and monitoring system; and a working-time tracking system. The systems in Lots 1 and 2 must operate in the same software environment. Delivery of the equipment must include installation instructions and, where necessary, installation services. The estimated scope includes approximately 55 passenger cars and vans, 2 trucks, 23 machines, approximately 25 subcontractors’ vehicles, and about 30 working-time tracking users.
