Summary

The tender concerns elevator consulting services for Heka’s existing and future properties under a framework agreement. The work covers support for and supervision of Heka’s elevator maintenance contracts, expert services concerning elevator life cycles, expert services for elevator renovations and modernisations, and expert services concerning lifting doors. The procurement is divided into two contract areas: properties in the southern and western regions, comprising approximately 770 elevators and 45 lifting doors, and properties in the eastern and northern regions and special housing, comprising approximately 875 elevators and 45 lifting doors. Two framework partners will be selected for each contract area. The initial contract period is two years, with two possible one-year option periods.
