The tender concerns project drafting, construction supervision and health and safety coordination services for the renovation works at the Santa Lucía Neighborhood Headquarters, La Cañada Cultural Center, and Estufa Fría of Parque del Príncipe, divided into six lots. Proposals must demonstrate economic/financial capacity, technical/professional competence and comply with the required documentation as per Annex V–X. Award will be based on a combination of price and quality criteria.
