Request for information/market survey: VR-Yhtymä Oyj fuel procurement

Summary

VR-Yhtymä Oyj is conducting a pre-procurement market dialogue for a planned fuel procurement. The planned procurement concerns the supply of fuel to VR, including tank deliveries and fuel purchases from service stations. To participate in the market dialogue, a company must be able to deliver fuel in Finland by tank deliveries and must register by 30 September 2026 by emailing elli.ikonen@vr.fi. The registration must use the required subject wording and include the participant’s contact details. The dialogue will take place remotely via Microsoft Teams. This is only a prior information notice: no tenders are currently requested, the information provided is preliminary, participation neither guarantees nor prevents participation in a later procurement procedure, and VR-Yhtymä Oyj is not obliged to launch the actual procurement or pay compensation for participation. The deadline shown for the procedure is 5 October 2026.
