Successive supply of light heating oil L-1

Summary

The contract covers the successive delivery of approximately 55,000 litres of light heating oil L-1 during the 2026/2027 heating season: 49,000 litres to Stacja Muzeum in Warsaw and 6,000 litres to the museum branch in Sochaczew. Deliveries will be made according to the contracting authority’s needs on working days between 7:30 and 15:00, with a minimum individual delivery of 1,000 litres. The fuel must comply with PN-C-96024 and other applicable Polish legislation, and a quality certificate must accompany every batch. Deliveries must use ADR-compliant tankers with properly verified measuring equipment. The tender deadline is 21 September 2026 at 09:00. Price carries 95 points and delivery time 5 points; the maximum permitted delivery time is 4 working days. No guarantee is required.
