Request for information – Development of the Boostii hobby support model

Summary

This is a request for information, not a binding procurement procedure. The City of Turku is seeking market views and available or developable technical solutions for improving the Boostii hobby support model. The intended system should manage personal support balances for Turku residents aged 7–19, enable strongly authenticated use by a guardian on behalf of minors, collect information about local clubs and associations, help users find suitable activities, and integrate with commonly used club management systems. It should support clubs, city administrators and beneficiaries, automate payments to providers either individually or as consolidated settlements, and be adaptable for other grant and support schemes. Suppliers are asked to describe their approach and available solutions by 5 October 2026. The request for information does not bind either the City or respondents, and responses will be handled confidentially.
