Request for information: Procurement, inspection and maintenance of initial firefighting equipment 2027–2028 (2030)

This is a request for information, not a contract notice or invitation to tender. Senaatti-kiinteistöt is mapping the market for outsourced inspection and maintenance services for portable fire extinguishers and fire hose reels, including the replacement of firefighting equipment where necessary. The planned procurement is divided into 21 geographical lots, and a supplier may respond for one or more lots. One contract supplier is expected to be selected per geographical area. Responding is voluntary, does not commit the respondent to a later tender or to providing the services, and is not a prerequisite for participating in any future competition. Responses are requested using the separate response form by 30 September 2026; the notice also asks suppliers to comment on two alternative methods, A and B, for determining comparison prices.
